01 — ALIGNMENT + COACHING

Start with an Alignment Call

We'll begin with a 1:1 Alignment Call to get clear on where you are now, where you want to go and what matters most in this season of your business and life.

Together we'll set your intention and priorities for the 3 months ahead, so you know where to focus your energy and what meaningful progress looks like for you.

Then, every fortnight, you'll meet in a small, intimate online group of 3–4 women for a 60-90-minute coaching session with me. (At this stage, we have the choice between Mondays or Thursdays at 12:30pm. Other times will be considered by request if these times don't work.)

This is where we work on what matters most in your business right now — your strategy, decisions, challenges, visibility, messaging, energy and next steps.

You'll have space for your own hotseat coaching, while learning from the women around you too. (If you are pressed for time, you can always opt to go first and duck out early, but the juice is often in staying to learn from each other too.)

No trying to keep up with a curriculum. No prescribed homework for homework's sake.

We focus on what will move you forward now.

And as your business evolves...

We'll look at how your external business reflects the internal alignment you've created.

Your website, messaging, branding and marketing become part of that conversation — not as things to perfect for perfection's sake, but as expressions of your purpose, values and unique voice.

You'll receive an initial website/brand/marketing review and can bring messaging or branding to Kelly for feedback when you need another perspective.

Kelly Sunartha

Yoga teacher, Aligned Life & Business Coach, and cheerleader for purpose and possibility.

I'm also a mumma of three, yoga studio owner and lifelong explorer of what it means to live with purpose, presence and joy.

For more than 20 years, yoga has shaped the way I live, lead and work. My work has naturally expanded beyond the mat into conscious living, personal growth, energy management, purpose and business.

I work with purpose-driven women with wisdom to share — women who have spent years learning, growing and developing their gifts, and know it's time to bring more of what they know into the world.

Together, we work from the inside out: aligning your energy, values and vision with the way you lead, market and grow your business.

Kelly’s qualifications & experience...

✨ Kelly has been on the path of yoga & self-development for roughly 30 years, since the age of about 12.

✨ She is a Senior Yoga Teacher & Wellbeing Coach with over two decades of varied yoga study qualifications.

✨ Kelly has trained and also works as a Life & Business 'Dharma Coach' where she guides people to discover and live out their highest purpose.

✨ With 20 years of business experience, she has founded and operated multiple studios, and been a mentor/business coach to other teachers & entrepreneurs in soul-aligned businesses.

✨ She has undertaken multiple business & marketing trainings, and worked as a Marketing Executive in both an agency setting and through her private consultancy work.

✨In addition to her Yoga & Coaching credentials, Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree in Mind-Body Philosophy and Writing, and a Certificate in NLP.

✨ She invests in her own continual growth and professional development through ongoing studies, high-level business masterminds, and coaching by her yoga mentors & renowned business coaches.

✨ As a mama of 3 children with her husband/partner of over 20 years, she understands the need for work/life balance, which she is continually refining and putting into practice in her own life.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I'm busy and can't make every call live?

I get it. You're building a business and living a life — Aligned Business isn't designed to become another full-time job.

The core commitment is one 90-minute group coaching session every fortnight. You'll be placed in a small group of 3–4 women at a time that works for your availability, with options across different days and times.

And you don't necessarily need to stay for the full 90 minutes every time. You can jump in for your coaching hotseat, get what you need, and head back to your day. Of course, staying to support the other women in your group is encouraged — that's where some of the best learning and connection happens.

The additional Masterclasses, workshops and resources are there to support you, but they're optional. Think of them as your toolkit, not another list of things to complete. Dip in when you need the support, strategy or inspiration to put the work into practice.

You'll also have access to the recordings, so life happening doesn't mean you're falling behind.

The aim isn't to give you more to do.

It's to help you become more intentional about what deserves your time, energy and attention.
